Finding the right person to join your team can be a nerve-wracking process, but it doesn’t need to be! It can be a challenge to find someone to represent your business and deliver quality work that aligns with your standards, but there are some things you can proactively do to ensure you’ll attract an ideal candidate.
1 // Create an Honest Job Listing That Speaks to Your Ideal Employee
To weed out the wrong applicants from the beginning, you’ll want to create a clear, personalized job listing. Share your business story within the listing. You’re building a business that stands on a passionate and creative foundation, so you want someone who can connect with that. Your listing should include some of your personality, allowing the right candidate to “click” with you and your company.
